We are owned and operated by Villages’ residents to address the unique needs of The Villages, and surrounding communities and towns. Regina completed her undergraduate studies with a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Economics and Government at Connecticut College, and received her Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Hofstra University. She has more than 20 years of corporate financial experience working in the US, and internationally, and has held senior financial positions with Arthur Anderson, Nike and Goodyear Tyre and Rubber Holdings. She took over the Village Tax and Accounting Solutions business in 2015. Regina is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the NYS Society of CPA
Accountant – Tax Professional
Joyce has been in the accounting and tax industry for more than 30 years, working in multiple accounting firms in tax preparation and accounting services. During her prior experience, she was the owner of her own accounting firm for 16 years in a CPA capacity in North Carolina. Her prior financial experience enables her to cover multiple roles at Village Tax and Accounting Solutions for both small business, as well as individuals.
Accountant – Tax Professional
Barry has over 25 years of experience working in finance and accounting. He received a BS degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, and is a Wisconsin CPA in the process of transferring his CPA license to Florida. In addition to working as a CPA in Wisconsin, his experience includes work as a Senior Governmental Accountant, Mortgage Loan Originator, and NASD Securities Representative. His prior experience will enable him to cover multiple roles at Village Tax and Accounting Solutions for both business and individual tax clients.

Bob gained experience with income tax preparation while working full time, and in retirement after 35 years as a computer systems analyst. His educational achievements include graduation at Illinois State University with a BS in Accounting in 1981, passing the Illinois CPA exam in 1982, and earning a MS in Information Technology at Illinois State University in 1998. Bob and his wife Amy retired to The Villages in 2014 and enjoy crafts, golf, water sports, and Cubs baseball!

Karen has been in the public accounting and tax industry for more than 30 years, working in multiple accounting firms in tax preparation and accounting services in the South Florida area. During her prior experience, she was the owner of her own accounting and tax firm which she started in 2002, closing the office in early 2019. Her prior experience enables her to cover multiple roles in Village Tax and Accounting Solutions for both small business, as well as individuals.
Sage is a senior accountant for Village Tax and Accounting Solutions, LLC. He completed his undergraduate studies and received a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Phoenix University. He has more than 20 years of work experience in accounting, computer technology, software development and in a supervisory capacity. He joined Village Tax and Accounting Solutions in 2016, and he works in all facets of tax and accounting including bookkeeping, payroll, and tax preparation.
Payroll Specialist; Notary Public. Martha has a BS in Business Administration from the University of Illinois and has 14 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping; she joined Village Tax & Accounting in January 2018. Her past job experiences include hospital supply department management, DME sales, service and patient education, pharmaceutical sales, and working at a non- profit organization supporting stroke survivors and their caregivers through weekend retreats.
Accountant – Tax Preparer – Seasonal
Mary Anne joined Village Tax and Accounting Solutions LLC in 2016. Her prior years of corporate experience in various positions and levels in Verizon in the Human Resources and Compensation fields have brought an added level of professionalism to the team. She provides administrative support to the entire team, and works closely with the accountants to manage day-to-day office operations.
Kevin received his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Illinois. His experience includes general bookkeeping and sales tax.
Welcomes clients at the front door and offers comfort when clients experience stressful tax situations. He also welcomes the other four-legged animals that come with their humans.
